Each month we launch a new seasonal package—each designed to accommodate our clients differently. We use seasonality to prescribe the best combination of services any client can benefit from, so each package is only available for purchase once a year for 30 days.

Anybody can benefit from our packages. No matter if you’re a man, woman, one of our beloved veterans or a teenager—you will see immediate results following your treatment. Guaranteed! We take the time to consult with each client before starting a treatment, so any allergies or special conditions will be appropriately accommodated. Packages are also a great option for those who are short on time because we fit so many treatments into a single appointment!

Gratuities are not included in the service price, however, gratuities are not mandatory.
The advertised price listed in any promotion, webpage, or email is always the price you will be asked to pay upon checkout.
If you feel your service was completed in a satisfactory manner (or you are feeling generous) you can always choose to leave a tip for your massage therapist or esthetician, but that’s completely up to you! Tips can be made while scheduling online appointment bookings or in person when you come in for your appointment.

Nope, clients are not required to bring anything with them to their appointment. We provide everything you need for your service.

While we prefer you come by yourself for your appointment, we have no problem if you bring a partner or family member with you to your appointment. We can absolutely accommodate them in our Guest Lounge for the duration of your treatment. We ask that you refrain from bringing young children (under 5 years) to the spa unless you absolutely have to.

Removing your makeup before a service is recommended but not necessary. A clean face makes it easier to start your facial, and can keep your pores from getting clogged if you end up sweating a little bit from another treatment. If necessary, we will happily remove your makeup.
